Who we are
This website is run by TODO: full legal name, a self-employed individual in Hungary (see the legal notice). Contact: hello@lostin.games. We are the data controller for the personal data described here.
What we collect and why
- Reviews. Your rating, display name, comment and email. The name, rating and comment are shown publicly; the email is never shown. We use it to stop duplicate reviews and, rarely, to contact you about your review. Legal basis: your consent, given when you post.
- Private feedback. Your answers and, if you choose, your email. Only the studio reads it. Legal basis: your consent.
- Contact messages. Your name, email and message, used to reply. Legal basis: your consent and our legitimate interest in answering.
- Technical data. To block spam we store a one-way hash of your IP address with each submission and use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks your browser without tracking cookies.
- Game demos. Demos may save progress in your browser's local storage. This stays on your device.
Advertising and cookies
We show ads through Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies to show ads, including personalised ads if you agree. Visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland see a consent message from Google and can choose; you can change your choice at any time through "Cookie settings" in the footer. Where data is stored
Submissions are stored in Cloudflare's database service. Cloudflare and Google may process data outside the EU under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Reviews stay up until you ask us to remove them or we remove the game page. Feedback and contact messages are deleted within 24 months.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by emailing hello@lostin.games. You can also complain to the Hungarian data protection authority, NAIH (naih.hu).
